How was the software delivered? Add <u>0 or 1</u> of the following:

| Suffix            | Description                                                                                                             |
| ----------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `_DOWNLOADED`     | The software was transferred through the internet.                                                                      |
| `_LOAD_AND_LEAVE` | The software was transferred to the customer via a physical medium (CD, floppy disk) that was not sold to the customer. |
